The Process: To submit your own items embroidery, select your embroidery options, checkout, and complete payment. You’ll then receive instructions for either local drop-off or shipping.

Pricing: Embroidery is priced per item — if you have multiple pieces, please adjust the quantity accordingly.

Please note that GP Embroidery does not accept customer-provided items from brands we already carry. If you’d like to have us review your item before submitting, please reach out through our contact form.

**Customer provided items must be unwashed and unworn.**

**GP Embroidery reserves the right to decline any customer-provided project based on material suitability or condition.**

: Standard lead time is 4 weeks after final design approval and payment.
Rush is within 4 weeks.
We also offer an overnight shipping option.

: PICKUP
Local pickup may be available upon request/appointment. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders not picked up within 3 days may be subject to cancellation without refund.
SHIPPING
Shipping is provided via trusted carriers such as UPS.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be included in your invoice or discussed during the ordering process.

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, GP Embroidery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to qualify for replacement. Claims made after 48 hours will not be honored.
