Terese Castile is the founder and heart behind GP Embroidery. Before starting her business, she spent seven years in Washington, D.C. working in politics - an experience that honed her ability to think strategically, stay calm under pressure, and build meaningful connections. Today, she brings those same qualities to her creative work and to the community she’s built through embroidery.

After moving back to Michigan during COVID, Terese embraced a new chapter that blended family life with entrepreneurship. What began as a creative outlet while raising her two sons has since grown into a flourishing business that connects her with families across the country.

When she’s not working on embroidery, Terese enjoys life in Grosse Pointe Shores with her husband Evan, their energetic boys JW and George, and the family’s bernedoodle, Gronk. She’s passionate about creating pieces that make people feel celebrated, and she brings that same thoughtfulness to her role as both a business owner and a mom.

Olivia is excited and honored to join the GP Embroidery team as she begins this new chapter in her creative journey. A proud mom of two young girls, Olivia lives in her hometown of Plymouth, Michigan—a place that holds a special spot in her heart. Born and raised there, she’s deeply connected to the local community and loves being able to contribute to it through her creative work.

As a stay-at-home mom, Olivia has always sought meaningful ways to blend her love of family with her passion for creativity. What began as a fun hobby—designing and customizing clothes for her daughters—quickly blossomed into a deep appreciation for the art of embroidery. She finds joy in transforming simple materials into something beautiful and personal, and she’s thrilled to now bring that same care and creativity to GP Embroidery's clients.

Outside of her work, Olivia and her family cherish their time together at Walloon Lake, where they unwind, explore, and soak in Michigan’s natural beauty. Whether it’s boating, picnicking, or simply watching the sunset, those moments of togetherness inspire much of her creative energy.

With a warm heart and a keen eye for detail, Olivia is eager to help bring your vision to life—whether it's a custom piece for a special occasion or a thoughtful gift for someone you love. She looks forward to collaborating with clients and being part of something meaningful, one stitch at a time.
