You can place an order by contacting us via our website and filling out the contact form. If you’re looking for an item we carry feel free to place it through the website. We’ll guide you through the process, including artwork submission, garment selection, pricing, and payment.

We prefer high-resolution files such as .PDF, or PNG. If you're unsure about your file, send it over and we’ll let you know if it’s usable. Low-resolution files may require additional digitizing fees.

Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork or logo into a file that our embroidery machines can read. This is a one-time setup fee unless changes are made to the design.

Each order includes one digital proof once the $5 proof fee is paid. This proof is created based on the information you submit at checkout. Additional proofs or revisions are not included if changes are requested due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Please double-check all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Returns/Shipping

Yes, but it’s at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage that may occur during embroidery on items not supplied by us.

Typical turnaround is 4 weeks after final design approval and payment. Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

We can provide one digital proof before final production for a $5 fee. It is your responsibility to approve all designs before we begin work. After the first proof has been sent, additional proofs are subject to an additional fee.

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work. However, if we make a mistake, we will replace the item at no cost. Errors based on client-provided info are not eligible for replacement or refund.

You must report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We cannot accept claims after that time frame.

We accept payments via credit/debit card, or other secure methods listed on your invoice. Full payment is required before any work begins.

No, we do not add to existing embroidery or remove any existing embroidery.
