Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom embroidery orders are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an error is made by GP Embroidery. If an error occurs on our end, we will promptly replace the item at no cost. Orders containing incorrect customer-submitted information (including spelling, sizing, thread color, or design approval) are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours with photos.

All orders are custom-made and generally require up to 4 weeks for production after final artwork approval and full payment are received. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or invoiced. Transit times are estimates and may vary. GP Embroidery is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or lost/stolen packages once marked delivered.

Clients are responsible for submitting high-quality artwork files and reviewing all details prior to approval. Digitizing is required for embroidery and may incur additional fees. If a client supplies their own garment(s), embroidery is performed at the client’s own risk — GP Embroidery is not responsible for garment damage or loss.
