SHIPPING
Shipping is provided via trusted carriers such as UPS.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be included in your invoice or discussed during the ordering process.
Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, GP Embroidery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to qualify for replacement. Claims made after 48 hours will not be honored.
RETURNS
All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be issued unless the error is due to a mistake by GP Embroidery.
