SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are custom-made and generally require up to 4 weeks for production after final artwork approval and full payment are received. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or invoiced. Transit times are estimates and may vary. GP Embroidery is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or lost/stolen packages once marked delivered.

• Approx. 4-week production timeline
• Begins after final design approval + full payment
• Peak seasons and large orders may extend processing

• Shipped via UPS
• Shipping fees shown at checkout or invoiced
• Tracking provided upon shipment
  

Shipping Time

• Standard U.S. delivery: ~3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping available at additional cost
  

Delivery Issues

• Not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather
• Not liable for lost/stolen packages once marked “delivered”
  

Damaged Packages

• Report within 48 hours with photos
• Claims after 48 hours not accepted
  

Local Pickup (If applicable)

• Pickup available upon request
• Orders not picked up within 3 days may be canceled without refund
